Every NB project that requires registration under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 is registered with GujRERA, and its registration number is shown on its project page, along with a QR code where available. Scan it, or visit gujrera.gujarat.gov.in, to see the official record before you make any decision. Where a project is not yet registered, it is shown for information only and is not offered for sale until registration is granted.
